Where can I buy Vitamin Friends?
Well, first off you can get our full line of products right here on our site. But if you would like to pick them up immediately, we have over 15 retailers carrying our products. And if you don’t see what you need, just ask the store manager.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Where do you ship?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please CONTACT US with questions on this.
I haven't received my package. Can I track it?
We use FedEx for our deliveries. There will be a tracking number attached to your order, so please check that first. Then if you still are having problems, go ahead and give us a call, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, or CONTACT us. We will check into it for you!
I need my order fast. Can I get it expedited?
If for any reason you need to receive your order in fewer than 5 business days, you can expedite your order by selecting either FedEx Express Saver or 2nd Day Air in checkout. Orders received Fridays after noon will be shipped first thing on Monday.
Unfortunately, we cannot expedite orders to our friends in Alaska and Hawaii.
What is your return policy?
Our customers satisfaction is very important to us. Purchases of Vitamin Friends products made directly through the web site or through our Amazon store may be refunded by Vitamin Friends at its sole discretion. For purchases of products made through third parties (ie: iHerb, Vitacost, Whole Foods), refunds must be requested from such third parties and will be subject to the refund policies of such third parties.
If there is an error on our end, a package arrives damaged, or some other situation that we are are responsible for, you can bet that we will take care of it all! Just contact our Customer Service Team.
In the event that you have a return, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How can I change or cancel my order?
It is our goal to fill and send your order as quickly as possible. However, if you need to make a change to, or cancel your order, please send us an email at: email@example.com and be sure to include your name and order number (found in the email we sent you).
