First, this place is known for its sunny skies, its grainy floors, and its fishy smells…Yep, you guessed it! It is the beach! This place is a hotspot of fun! In fact, according to The United States Lifesaving Association, more than 400 million people visit the beach! The beach has many fun activities that can be done like Volleyball, Badminton, Cornhole, etc. Plus, some beaches have piers that have games and rides for your little one’s delight! But if you would rather have a less populated place or if your child is not fond of the ocean, a nice lake may suffice! But just like all things in life, it is better to be safe than sorry, so be sure to reference these tips on safety when it comes to swimming in large bodies of water!

Next, if you know that your little one is interested in animals or marine life, might we suggest a park where these little guys reside? Now, these next suggestions are home-based. We suggest that you take up cooking/baking with your kiddo or you can have designated days to do something like Mac and Cheese Mondays or Sunday Funday where they get to choose what to do! By doing this, you are helping with their creativity, and it may get them excited for every new week!

We understand that the summertime can be fun yet stressful! That is why we hope you found these tips to be helpful or inspiration for other ideas you may have. Remember that it is important to ask your little one for their opinion! At the end of the day, they are the ones you are trying to make happy! Now cue the summer fun!
