April is World Autism Month!

This month is not only to spread awareness of autism but to advocate for its’ acceptance. There are numerous organizations and foundations that focus on autism, but there is one non-profit foundation that aligns with our mission, which is nutrition. We have been partners with this foundation for quite some time and we could not have asked for a better partnership!

The Autism Hope Alliance is a non-profit foundation that focuses on supporting families through education, financial support, and volunteerism. One of the reasons why the AHA is an amazing foundation is that they are the first non-profit organizations to emerge from the natural foods industry! We also share a similar goal, and that goal is to better educate the public on health and nutrition. This is what brought us together and why we have been going strong ever since!

Some awesome facts about the AHA Foundation are that they have donated over $500K to numerous non-profit organizations! Because of this, they were able to help over 3,000 families across the nation! Go team AHA! And if they could not have been more amazing, they have even created instructional DVDs called, “Special Foods for Special Needs”, which educates individuals on nutritional foods for those on the autism spectrum. They have even teamed up with the leading autism experts and published a resourceful pamphlet, “Autism: What the Experts Know”. Oh yeah, they even have a YouTube channel and a podcast!

Knowing all these accomplishments, our partnering up with the Autism Hope Alliance was the right choice! We at Vitamin Friends are all about inclusion, providing safe, quality, and effective gummies for all members of the family!
